1. Information we collect

When you submit the reservation form or contact us by hotline, Zalo or WhatsApp, we collect your name, phone number, intended arrival date and time, party size and any notes you add.

The website also records anonymous technical data (device type, pages viewed) for traffic analytics.

2. How we use it

Your details are used to confirm the reservation, arrange seating, reach you before and during your night with us, and follow up afterwards.

We do NOT sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes.

3. Measurement and advertising

The site uses Google measurement tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads) to assess how content and ads perform. When you submit the form, your phone number and name may be one-way hashed (SHA-256) before being sent to Google for conversion measurement — Google never receives the raw, readable values.

You can block measurement cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to book.

4. Storage and security

Reservation details are stored in an internal management system with access limited to the operations team. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect the data against unauthorised access.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you provided at any time by calling our hotline 0905 806 704.
